Everything about registration / team changes / picking up start numbers:

Yes, employees of several companies as well as guests of companies can form one or more teams.

Yes, 16 years. The current declaration of consent for participants under the age of 18 can be found at the Event info

A refund of the entry fee is not possible. In the best-case scenario, look for a replacement for the person who has failed – because only as a complete team (running: 3-person team, Nordic walking: 2-person team) can you take part in the evaluation and have a chance of a place on the podium. You can then change the name of your booking.

If you cannot find a replacement, you can of course still start (as an incomplete team), but you will not be taken into account in the ratings.

You can change the name of team members yourself when you make your booking.

Information for frequent runners: To do this, log in with your user data and select the team member.

Info for standard booking (No frequent runner service):

If you have created a PENTEK account during the online registration, team members can change their names here be carried out independently.

If you have registered as a guest and have not opened a PENTEK account, send your change requests via e-mail to: office@pentek-payment.at

You can change your password here reset to default. Your access data will be sent to the email address provided.

Yes. All you have to take with you is the booking confirmation.

The booking confirmation! If you have participants under the age of 18, please also take the signed declaration of consent with you. (Here find it as a download).

When registering for the frequent runner service, you must state whether you want to pick up the bib numbers individually or collectively.

In the case of collective collection, please bring the booking confirmation with you to the start number issue. The start numbers are already prepared for you.

If you wish to be picked up individually, this must be stated when registering.

Information for frequent runners: You can nominate teams yourself in your frequent runner interface at any time up to the registration deadline. To do this, log into your user account and add the new teams.

After registration deadline: 

If there are still free places available, you can name them later when the start numbers are issued. You can find prices for late entries at the Event info (Quantity exhausted).

The voucher must be redeemed by the online registration deadline; it cannot be redeemed as part of a late entry!

Information for frequent runners: Companies that have booked their participants via the PENTEK team interface (frequent runners) will receive their invoice from us.

Info for standard booking (No frequent runner service):

Here you can print out your invoice yourself by entering your booking number (you will find this on the confirmation of registration sent via e-mail).

Cancellation is not possible. If team members drop out, you can fill them again. You can find out how to change the name under point 4.

If the event cannot be held due to COVID-19, you have 2 options:
1) Credit for the following year or
2) Refund of the entire entry fee.

Everything about the run / the party

We recommend the Pfauengarten underground car park on Karmeliterplatz (www.pfauengarten.com). Exact access times can be found in the menu item Event info.

We also recommend arriving by public transport.

Our focus is on your health, which is why we have developed a comprehensive safety concept together with the health authorities.

The legal regulations apply, which will be specified by the government on the day of the event. If proof of corona is required, it will be checked at the entrances to the event arena/afterparty location. We will inform you about the specific Corona measures that are valid on the day of the event in the week before the event on the website, on social media and in the newsletter.

Please attach the start number to the front of your t-shirt with the 4 safety pins that you will receive at the start number issue.

There is no extra chip as this is integrated into the start number.

There is a mass start. This means that all runner teams start one after the other and then all Nordic Walkers immediately afterwards.

The race ends one hour after the starting gun. All participants who are still on the route must abort the run.

Once the results are available, you can use them here recall.
You can call up the certificates directly from the result by clicking on the certificate symbol.

Frequent runners can use the login data sent by us here Get your scores and stats separately.

The business run party starts at 19.00 p.m. at Karmeliterplatz. Further information on the business run party can be found at Event info.

If a member of your team is present, they can collect the medals/certificates and prizes for you. If no one is present, please contact us at info@raiffeisenbusinesslauf.at until Monday after the event.
